Amersfoort International School
Amersfoort International School (AIS) opened in 2023 to cater to the needs of the growing international community in Amersfoort and the surrounding region. The school offers international primary education for children between the ages of 4 and 12 and is located near the picturesque, historical city centre.
The curriculum at AIS focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in school and the world beyond. The school offers a transdisciplinary, inquiry-based and student-centred education with responsible action at its core, enabling students to learn between, across and beyond traditional subject boundaries.
AIS warmly welcomes students of all nationalities, faiths, beliefs and cultures. The school’s vision is to empower students to become internationally-minded and successful learners in an ever-changing world.
