Intercultural Participation of Chinese Families (IPCF)
IPCF is a non-profit organization founded in 2020. Our team has organized non-profit activities for children, teenagers and adults including parents with immigration background from China to better integrate in Dutch society.
We are active in different cities throughout the Netherlands, aiming to improve immigrants’ wellbeing, sense of belonging and their social contact with local communities.
Moreover, we have attracted an increasing number of volunteers and experts from different areas to help our organization grow, which in turn will benefit more people by providing various meaningful projects.
The goals of our Foundation are:
- We are committed to the physical and mental development of Chinese children in the Netherlands.
- We support parents with their bicultural parenting.
- We encourage and promote Chinese families to participate in Dutch society.
- We promote multicultural exchange and social harmony in the Netherlands.
The Foundation tries to achieve its goal by:
- Developing and offering educational programs and workshops for children and parents with Chinese background.
- Involving Chinese families and individuals in the participation in Dutch activities and social contacts.
- Organizing intercultural activities and events to promote integration and participation of Chinese families and individuals in the Netherlands.
- Setting up an active internet platform for information provision and exchange on the education and life of Chinese families and individuals in the Netherlands.
