HubExpat – The Local Directory of Professionals Serving Expats
Moving to a new country is a daily adventure. Finding the right professional who speaks your language and understands your cultural background can be a real challenge when living abroad.
That’s exactly why HubExpat was created, an online directory dedicated to expats and internationals. Launched in January 2026 in the Netherlands, the platform already lists hundreds of independent professionals across a wide range of fields: psychologist, coach, accountant, private tutor, lawyer, consultant, private chef, and many more. The goal is simple: help every expat quickly find trusted services, nearby and in their own language, for a smoother settling-in experience.
So, how does HubExpat work?
For visitors, searching is completely free and designed to be intuitive and efficient. In just a few clicks, by sector, language, and location, you’re connected directly to the professional that fits your needs.
For professionals, getting listed is just as straightforward. Simply create an account and post your listing with:
- Business name / logo
- Language(s) spoken
- Service description
- Certifications / expertise
- Location
- Email address + website link
Two plans are currently available:
- Free listing: visibility limited to name, profession and location
- Subscription at €2.99/month, no commitment: full profile with detailed description, certifications and contact details
