Liz Jones, FCCT
With over 30 years in international education, Liz is a digital learning consultant committed to making technology feel empowering rather than overwhelming. Through her consultancy, Digital Liz, she offers bespoke workshops and training for schools, educators, and families—designed to build digital confidence, develop practical skills, and support responsible online engagement.
Liz draws on extensive classroom and leadership experience, including her time at The British School in The Netherlands. She holds a degree in English, a PGCE, and a postgraduate certificate in primary computing. A Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE), Apple Teacher, and Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, she’s passionate about helping others navigate a fast-moving digital world with clarity and confidence.
Her sessions often explore digital learning topics such as digital parenting, social media, safeguarding, and the effective use of Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and emerging tools like AI in education. Known for her down-to-earth style and deep pedagogical knowledge, Liz is especially inspired by those who feel unsure in digital environments and want to transform their confidence.
Outside the digital realm, she’s just as plugged in—leading forest school sessions, tending her beehives, or enjoying the wild waters of the Dutch countryside.
