Career & Resilience Coach
Career & Resilience Coach
I’m Jessica Hsia, a resilience and career coach for international professionals and expat parents across the Netherlands.
I grew up across continents, too foreign for my friends, too westernized for my family. That taught me early on how to adapt, read a room, and define my own sense of belonging wherever I landed. My career path has been a non-linear one, spanning from fashion to humanitarian supply chain, and since 2025 I founded Jess Up Coaching to support internationals through their career development and life transitions by finding clarity and building lasting resilience.
From personal experience, where motherhood, a promotion, and a new city all landed at once, I understand what it’s like to be pulled in every direction while still expected to hold it all together. Getting through it taught me that resilience isn’t about pushing harder or bouncing back faster, it’s about building a life that doesn’t quietly drain you.
Today I combine the creativity I honed in fashion and my 8 years in high-pressure humanitarian supply chain, where resilience wasn’t a buzzword, to help you design the life and career you want and build the lasting resilience to achieve it. I am an ICF member coach.
A Holistic Human-Centered Approach
I help you with:
- Finding direction in your career/life after relocation, between jobs, becoming a parent
- Burnout recovery and rebuilding a sustainable foundation to move forward
- Matrescence, the shift into motherhood, and staying grounded through it
- Navigating simultaneous life transitions (career + family + relocation, all at once)
- Confidence, clarity, and decision-making when everything feels uncertain
Alongside my 1:1 work, I also help mission-driven teams and NGOs build lasting resilience under sustained pressure drawing on the same field experience that shapes my individual coaching.
I work alongside you, using real-world experience and proven tools to help you find your footing again.
