Beata van Velzen with over 17 years of experience supporting people and teams across Europe in working together more effectively, communicating with confidence, and navigating cultural differences with ease. Her career path — from corporate roles in the UK, through multicultural organizations in Poland and the Netherlands, all the way to founding: I Got Your Back — reflects her passion for human potential and truly inclusive teamwork.
Today, she helps international companies unlock the strengths of diverse teams through intercultural training, team effectiveness coaching, and powerful facilitation that sparks insight and action. Her approach combines deep curiosity, practical tools, and a unique ability to create safe spaces for reflection, connection and growth.
Beata’s expertise extends beyond people development: she has designed learning ecosystems, implemented LMS platforms, supported project teams, led sustainability projects, and collaborated with HR to create a culture of belonging and collaboration. She also developed the Relocation Program, helping expats and newcomers settle in emotionally and culturally — long before they land in their new country.
