I’m Jenny Campos— a career coach, counsellor, and long–time international myself. Originally from Venezuela, I’ve spent over a decade living and working in the Netherlands — first in corporate roles as an engineer and quality specialist, now as a coach.
Having navigated my own career transitions here — from industry roles at Philips, LyondellBasell, and Baker Hughes to running my own coaching practice — I know what it’s like to start over in a new country.
It’s not just about finding a job. It’s about finding your direction again — and aligning your work with who you are. That’s the work I do. I support internationals who feel uncertain, stuck, or ready for change. Many of my clients come to me after months of job searching, or years in a role that no longer fits. Together, we work to build clarity, confidence, and small, practical steps toward a career that feels authentic, meaningful, and aligned.
My work combines structured career tools with human conversation:
• 1:1 career coaching focused on transitions, job search, personal leadership, and self–awareness
• Workshops and group sessions designed to foster reflection and connection
• Organizational support to help companies better understand and support their international staff
I’m a NOBCO–registered professional and EMCC Global member. I coach in both English and Spanish, online and in–person in Utrecht.
At the heart of my work is this belief: A fulfilling career isn’t just about moving forward — it’s about moving in the right direction, for you. My role is simply to help you find your alignment.
