“I have over 12 years of experience in working with patients in individual and group setting. I also worked in psychiatric hospitals for 4 years. Before coming to the Netherlands, I had lived and worked in Poland, the US, and the Middle East -experiencing myself the ups and downs of the expat life.

In my practice, I provide long and short-term psychotherapy, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, parental coaching, workshops, and trainings. Modalities I’m trained at, and I use with clients are: Psychodynamic, DBT, MBT, EMDR, Intensive Trauma Treatment, and Mindfulness-Based Approach. Some of the areas I can help with are: personality disorders, trauma, depression, grief, anxiety, anger issues, personal growth. Many of my clients are expats dealing with adjustment and/or relationship issues.”
