Private expat centers

There are commercial parties in the market who operate under the name "Expatcenter". These companies are not official Expatcenters (even though they may call themselves one). They operate in a commercial manner (i.e. they charge for services they provide, etc) and are not run by a government agency. Therefore they are not able to directly offer the Expatcenter Procedure or other municipal services such as municipal registration or a BSN application (personal public service number).
