19 t/m 21 April 20.30
This is the personal story of war veteran Stephan Wolfert, interweaving his own story of reintegrating after military service and suffering PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) with Shakespeare's timeless verse. He suggests that the military "wires" young recruits for war at a psychologically malleable age, but neglects to re-wire them for their return to society. Cry Havoc is a thought-provoking and shockingly funny evening of finely crafted theatre.
21 & 22 April 15.00
Midsummer's Night Dream
Conjuring Theseus' court, the magical forest and the volatile fairy world, using 5 actors, physical theater, live music, song and dance, puppetry, and audience participation ...
Five couples - three human, one fairy, and one mythical -find their relationships sorely tested, intimately probed and indecently exposed when a troupe of amateur thatricals bumble into the forest to rehearse a play. Add to this bawdy mix a heady brew of confusion, magic and mischief, and you have the most perfectly froth comedy. Enjoy Shakespeare's ingenuity with the whole family!

Interactive Shakespeare workshop for kids 5+
Infinite Jest workshops are all about getting everyone to step into the world of Shakespeare's wonderful plays and be those characters - thinking their thoughts and speaking their lines. During this 45-minute interactive workshop your children will have the chance to get to know the actors who they will see in the performance afterwards. They will get a basic understanding of the story line and characters in a fun and playful way. Parents can have a nice, relaxed coffee while the children are sharing the stage with the actors.
